WORST KIND OF EXPERIENCE WHILE GETTING BIKE SERVICED. IT SEEMS THEY DO NOT HAVE THE EXPERTISE TO SERVICE THE PRO-BIKES NEITHER DO THEY KNOW WHAT IS CUSTOMER CARE(I HOPE THEY DO HAVE SOMETHING LIKE THIS!!!!!!). AND BIG BROTHERS-BAJAJ PEOPLE ARE UNDER TINA FACTOR ( "THERE IS NO ALTERNATIVE") A REAL SHAME FOR A LATE RAMAKRISHNA BAJAJ COMPANY.

hi My Name is Ram,i baught new 135 cc pulsar bike from your thane store,when i came to shop to get brief idea about bike that time it was said that i will be getting some discounts coupen while i purchase the bike,but its already more than 20 days where not a single coupens have been given to us,infact we had made entire payment with cash mode only,if such falls promiser will be made with customers its very difficult to come back for next shop in such big stores.we had called several time to ur thane store but everytime some other resons are being given.(pls chk entire story with person Anil sitting in ur thane brans.)pls look in to the matter & try to do some justice with customers like us.
