I agree with the earlier reviews posted on this service centre. Somehow I was directed by a call centre to this centre when I was searching LG Call centre number. As per the printed service report given to me, they seem to be located in Worli with branches in Colaba, Mira Road, Naigaon, Thane & Vashi. On phone the mechanic said they are based in Kamothe. They have taken my LG LCD for repairs twice after July 2019 and returned back but the problem of screen is not resolved. They have charged me an amount of Rs.7500/- and now they are not picking up my phone. Even if they pick up the phone I am only assured that someone will come but no one comes
It's very big mistake to ask these guys to repair your appliances. Never ever visit them. It's loss of your money as well as time.They are big cheater.Instead of repairing they charge for damaging your appliance. THEY JUST KNOW HOW TO MAKE FOOL OF YOU AND EXTRACT MONEY FROM YOU.

WARNING!!! Don't ever try to get any appliance serviced by these people. It's a total scam! They have taken my TV set on August 16th and haven't returned it yet...today is October 10th. They keep making up excuses...the usual crap...someone is in hospital, a relative died, the van broke down,etc. I have been calling them practically everyday. They have never once bothered to call me up and explain what is happening...why they haven't returned my TV set yet. Anyone reading this review, please be careful! Take some time and search for a reliable service centre. Don't ever contact these people or if they contact you, say NO!
BIGGEST MISTAKE TO EVEN THINK OF ASKING THESE GUYS TO REPAIR YOUR APPLIANCES. WORST SERVICE IN INDIA. THEY ARE RUDE, THEY DON'T KNOW THEIR JOB AND ARE PLAIN INCOMPETENT. TARDY, SHODDY SERVICE AND A BUNCH OF NINCOMPOOPS!!
It is one of the worst service center you can find all over india...i will say all over india......Delivery is not on time....even service provided is very bad...once they take your appliance with them.....this guys even wont bother you to tell how much time its gonna take for the sevicing...PLEASE DO NOT EVER GET YOUR APPLIANCES SERVICED FROM THIS GUYS....I EVEN DONT THINK THEY ARE AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTER..PLEASE...FIND SOME ONE ELSE
