Infoto

When I asked the staff to let me know the Manager's / Owners Name so that I can speak to them, the staff said that their Manager is in America and wont attend my call. This is stupid. How will he know that I am calling to report an issue that has happened in Infoto. The staff refused to share any information of his Manager fearing that it would cost their job. I wish that this feedback is seen by their Manager so that the Customer Service can improve. They just lost a loyal customer. And many more to go.

I always get my photographs clicked in Infoto. But off late, the Service is going from bad to worst. The staff is very rude and do not co-operate with the customers. At the time of clicking photographs, they promise something else and when the money is paid, they provide some other service and charge you for everything. They do not know what is customer service. They even do not provide a bill which should have CST, VAT, Service Charge, etc. Not sure if they have been cheating the Income Tax Department.
