Its surprising that we have not received any information from your end against our E mail letter dated 2.6.14, 07.7.14 & 17.7.2014 also telephonic discussion In our R 632 Unit termite treatment 5 years contract is taken , but no service is provided after 2nd year. also cockroach & Rodent service not completed. Full amount is taken in advance.
In our W 344 Unit cockroach & Rodent service not completed. Full amount is taken in advance.
Your Sales & Office persons not giving any response for the same,
We request you to complete services against balance amounts stand with you or send refund for treatments not provided.
