I called up samsung customer care and these guys from tejas called me up since they are the authorised service center of samsung.They installed the ac which was under warranty and charged me 1000 rs without bill.Their repair men also stole 2 ft of copper tubing while installing the AC.I complained about this to the call center.After 15 days of installing the AC it stopped working .( all the gas had leaked due to bad installation).When i called up one service engg by name of baig and told him that the newly installed ac is now not working the asshole asks me to press the remote properly.

absolutely bad service.Takes months to respond.Ill trained and rude employees.
