There is no proper line up of appointments
Reception staff just doesn't have proper k owl edge about how to give appointments or either how to inform. They even lack how to note the patient's name or no. of patients in a family. Finally without noting they blame the patient. I am a patient who is waiting for. the appointment of Dr. AnishBehl since 3months but almost whenever I call they say next week. This is not the first time previously also. I have complained but in vague.. The front office doesn't have a proper coordination. between the patients and the doctor.
