I am a Diabetic since 24 years, but when i attended his classes for just 2 months my sugar level was so much controlled, which was surprised even my Dr.Ravi kumar, very soon he was interested in starting a Yoga classes in his Clinic. But when i stopped doing again my sugar level was gone high !?!
