Certainly not the best nor event good but worse, I wanted to shift some household things from Nagpur to Pune and they promise that I will get it in 3 days but they took 5 days (Non Professionals). When called them about the status, I was always told that my goods will be delivered tomorrow which was not true (liars). Broke all glass material in the parcel (I understand that couple of glass materials may get damaged but did not expected that I will get all broken into pieces). When I wanted to complain about this, they reminded me that I had not opted for insurance and hence they are not responsible. This is worst movers and packers I experienced in my life. They took 7 days to deliver the goods from nagpur to sambalpur (around 650 km). During those 7 days, they were not informing us properly regarding the status. We wanted the driver's number. They gave a number and we talked with the person. We could clearly make out that he is not the real driver. After few days we came to know that he was not the real driver. After few days, the actual driver called.
When the goods came, we saw that our goods were packed with some other party's good. The goods were put in such a way that it substantial damage to our goods. Four ceiling fans were also missing. Many goods were completely broken into pieces.
