I can't believe that in this advanced and hassle-free generation, your hospital still has the pathetic and foolish process of putting water bottles on appointments.
Despite sending some relative to get your number, the behaviour of your untrained staff is very unprofessional. So, you are expecting a lady to arrive at 5 am to place a water bottle. Following that, at 6 am, there's a need to stand in line for number distribution. Lastly, during the third visit, we'll be consulting with you.
I don't think consulting a Doctor from NASA has this hurdle.
The appointment process needs to be changed immediately.
