Wife was admitted there for delivery and we never liked the service and treatment. Doctors are not friendly at all. We were not informed about the test results on time unless we asked. They told some lies about our baby saying that there is some infection and took injection. Finally they asked us to do some advanced scanning to baby. We had a doubt and we tested the urine outside. Baby was absolutely fine and there is no further scanning required. Doctors are thinking about the business and on how to please management, but never in favor of patients admitted there. Gynecology is the worst department. Nurses are not cooperative at all. We will never recommend anyone to go there in any circumstances.

Very Poor Service, No Doctors can be seen where there is a crisis.No proper coordination between departments, undisciplined nursing. Ask atleast 10 people before admitting a patient to Muthoot Pathanamthitta, Never ever admit anyone to ICU in Muthoot.
