I had booked maruti dzire vxi on 29.06.2014 from Vaus Automobiles Patna by depositing Rs.5000/- vide their receipt no REC14000782 dated 29.06.2014. Dealers rep Imran told me to enqire after 6 days. He did not call me and his mobile remained switched off. When I enquired on vaus landline some monika sharma picked up and told me that yes vehicle has been fetched and I can get delivery.
On 26.07.14 some minu called me and I told her to come on 28.07.14. On 28.07.14 she gave me many calls but when visited they refused.
