The service at S P Verma Road, Patna store is horribly bad. I had ordered a WC closet from here which they delivered broken at my house. When we asked the manager to return and give us another, he argued and after 3 to 4 hours of strain and arguing, finally he had to give us another one. Their dishonest and rude behaviour really took a toll on us and we have decided never to get anything from there and even advise our friends and relatives not to get anything from there. i dont wish to give it even a single star rating.
