On 04/12/13 I've gone to PONDICHERRY MAHINDRA SHOWROOM ( Rajarajan & Sons) for servicing of my Verito D6.
Before putting the Job card, I asked to give the estimation for replacing the Engine Oil. (Only Engine Oil+Oil filter). Mr Kartick , staff from Rajarajan & Sons dealt with me and he quoted around Rs. 3800/- just replacing the Engine oil & Oil filter.
I was paying just <Rs 2000/- for the same above jobs at other showroom in Tamil Nadu. While inquiring with Mr Karthick, he casually said "This is our rate, If you want do servicing then do it. Otherwise just go out" . I shocked and left from their showroom without servicing. Also he told 'To whoever do you want complaint it , do compliant it, I've no problem".
