One of the WORST customer care experiences ever!...i generally don't give negative comments in a public forum...but i don't want others to suffer...i am giving a 1 star, as i cannot give a zero!!!
I have been their loyal customer for a few years ...i had bought my desktop as well as a number of accessories from them over the years. I gave my desktop CPU for servicing and a few upgrades and ever since i had problems with internet connectivity!...it was giving a "651"error which (i found out after a lot of research on my own) basically means the CMOS battery was weak and needs replacing. When this happens the date always reverts back to the manufacturers default & the browser will not connect to the internet!!!...they should have detected & ... View More corrected it during servicing itself...it was their fault to start with! Anyway...
A service engineer (Jagan) who came after a lot of delay (more than a week!!!), did not pick this fault and instead did a quick fix temporary solution by manually correcting the date. He hardly spent 15 min....He charged Rs 350 for this....no bill given!...This clearly lasts only till the next log on!!! and predictably the problem recurred!..what is worse is i sent a message to one Kaliyaperumal who is supposed to be the manager/CEO...there was no response...no apology...no measures to set it right!!!..absolutely disgraceful attitude...they should be ashamed of running a business like this!!!...avoid them by all means...avoid them like the plague!.i will leave it to karma to award their business the right punishment!!!
AVOID AURO ENTERPRISES...BOYCOTT THEM!...that's safe for you & your money...and that's the only way they will stop cheating customers!!!View Less
A person called Mr Jagan came at about 8:30 pm on monday 22nd April...for the repair!
By that time i had bought & installed a new UPS. So there were 2 problems:
1. The start button was loose ...this was a new issue...but was corrected quickly.
2. The main problem was that the internet connection...this was a problem ever since i serviced the system about 2 yrs ago by you....!
a) the browser was giving a '651' error
b) the time & date was resetting to 1.1.2010 everytime we restart the computer...
This i have come to know after a lot of researching myself (last 2 days) that it us due to a weak CMOS battery which should have been changed...!

this auro enterprise in saram area,pondicherry is a FRAUD and they started selling black market goods for the price of branded (dell) products for more profit. i purchased a fake dell product from this store and so started having faults in 4 months. when contacted dell support about the fault, they confirmed that the product is fake as you clearly see in the attached screenshot. beware of this auro enterprise frauds as they say they sell dell exclusive products but it is all black market items with different QR codes (as we cant check the QR barcode ourselves when we buy. but now we need to wherever we buy it to catch these kind of fraud stores)
Very Bad. Dont Buy any products from this shop.. Mostly the products are fake and look alike...I dont want to buy fake products and pay high compared to the market prices
