From Omx Relocation India Pune I have shifted all my residential goods from Pune to New Delhi at the charge of Rs.45000 excluding local service charges. They delivered all the stuffs safely to the destination. 4 labours came for packing and 4 labours for unpacking.

I'm pleased with the work done by this Business. It was a good experience to interact with them & I would like to have these type of service providers in future.

I had a very Bad experience with OMX Relocation Ltd. recently, when shifting my goods from Pune to Kochi (Kerala) (GC No. 1235). As mentioned by others, Sandeep had charged me for Loading in Pune and Unloading in Kochi. However, the unloading was not done in Kochi. After holding back the Truck, he arranged to transfer Rs.1,500/- out of the total Rs.2,000/- charged for unloading to my account. Rs. 500 is still missing. After unloading, I found a lot of items were damanged beyond repair. The list of items are given below along with the type of damage and the price. They are not picking the phone too. Even though the goods were insured, they are not responding. Due to this response, I doubt whether they have actually insured it, or duped me of Rs.4,725/- for insurance. I am sorry I had to put this here. I hope they care enough about their image to atleast respond to me after seeing this. Please do not use this service, unless you want to be duped like me !!! I am providing the mail sent to OMX Relocations (Sandeep) herewith for your reference : ------------------------------------------------- Dear Sandeep, With reference to the Consignment from Pune to Kochi (GC # 1235), various items have been found to be damaged beyond repair. The items were delivered on the 11th of July, 2015, and the items unpacking got over yesterday. Hence I am sending you the consolidated list of items for your perusal and followup to process the insurance claim. I am very sorry to say that the service and the quality of the transportation was extremely poor. The goods were delivered by some third party transporters. They refused to unload the goods, the fees for which was already collected from us in Pune. After a lot of followups with your good self and your office, Rs.1,500/- out of the charged Rs.2,000/- was put into my account, and unfortunately, Rs.500/- is still pending from your side. Further, the items were packed very poorly, and more than 6 boxes had already broken open, though fortunately, they contained books and other non-descructable items. Please find the list of items which has been totally or partically destroyed in transit : Futher, the Drawing Room TV Unit is missing. There was a package in the truck, however they refused to hand it over, as there was no number on it. This unit was not entered in the bill also. Also, please find below the table of items, the nature of Damage caused and the value of the same. Below this table, please find below the photographs of the damaged items, taken as things were unpacked. Please also find a copy of your receipt where the values are provided and the total insurance amount mentioned. One of the worst transporters there is. I had given my vehicle Hyundai Accent for transport from Pune to Delhi. It has been more than a week and still I have not received the car. When I call them, firstly they were saying that the payment is still not received. After checking and conforming with my Office (It was an official transfer initiated by my Office) they atleast agreed to the payment. But then again the person who was attending my calls : Kuldeep - Mob No : 9326263135 is the most ill manared person I have come across. He was being abusive and was misbehaving to me the whole time and when i started raising my voice he disconnected the call and is not attending my call anymore.
