They never pickup a phone & respond to customer..... Very Poor service

There is always an issue with Raka Gas and their Management. first of all they never respond to any customer query in a proper way, and secondly, they never even take the proper booking and divert the cylinders elsewhere. I had booked the commercial cylinder for my gas geyser on the 13th afternoon, till date it is not supplied ,but only keep promising unwanted things. I think Bharat Petroleum should take stringent action against them.----- Parmesh

pl send your complain to 02026345142/26342176/5141/5143. Some of numbers may be not working. But I am sure one of this is working and my complaint of late delivery was sorted out from these number.

Very poor service. No one picks up the phone for booking. If visit personally the staff and the owners are very arrogant.

Yes its very very poor & pathetic service as i shifted from bevewadi to chincwad & i have transfered my gas connection. then i booked for gas connection, lady in raka agency told gas will be decliverd after 12 days but it doesnot delivered when i visited personaly asking why it is not it delivere lady in counter mentioned it was not booked then again requested her to book then she booked it & told it will come after 12 days but after 14 day we called in raka they told it will come today which was NOT delivered & when ask her why gas is sent , lady in raka told it is booked 2 days back so it will come after 12 days which was very pathetic ..which was already 26 days.. this is very very bad exp ...
