This Sachin provides very bad service. Our work was promised to be completed in 1.5 months and it took more than 2 months. He will try to complete other sites work at your place (which are paying more).
His carpenters do not do the work properly and leave visible cracks in the furniture.
His electrician always comes late and leaves half the job incomplete.
Never give him full money, always keep some with you. We did this mistake and had to repent. He will always try to do other companies work first, and sideline you.
