Last week I went to united agency to purchase a bike with ready cash in my hand. They are very gentle people and will treat you very nicely initially but when you pay the entire amount for the product, after that they don't even care about you. People are not trained at all. While taking the delivery of the vehicle, nobody even gave me any information about the bike. Also, the guy who was handling my bike was handling it with absolutely no care. So I had to tell him twice that please handle it neatly. Staff in the showroom were totally confused about what documents they required from me for registration. Besides, some of the accessories were not available at the time of delivery. So I asked them about when would be those available and they ... View More

hello guys, i have very bad experience over their. They are very polite before take money after that they dont want customers. They don't know ,which area comes under MH12 and which is not.Because of that they take extra money from me , and after that says u r not come in mh12 so ur 5000 rs will return to u for that please write one application form to manager of united agency. and the format is also not fix, the girl saying whatever she think. absolutely very iretatting. Came to buy 'Pleasure' with a Demand Draft in hand. Enquired about the availability of colours and delivery pattern. To my sheer surprise, staff at Reception Counter behaved with such a rude and ruthless fashion. Gave irresponsible and illogical answers which cannot be accepted at any stage / point of time. If such are happening / will happen, who will believe in 'UNITED AGENCY' ?
