May God save hapless customers from the clutches of this organisation. Very keen to grab a contract, keen to collect goods, then coolly forget about the whole thing. Do not expect them to take your calls after that. Do not expect your goods to reach safely and timely the destination. Do not wait for the stuff, make alternative arrangements. Buy new household goods, that me cheaper and save headaches than sending your stuff using this 'Sharma's' services. May God forgive them for they do not know what pains they give to their customes.
