We gave our furniture work to Infinite Furniture owned by Anand Dave - Mob: 9822176664, Off: 020-32304416. His office is at the following address 48410, Mitra Mandal Colony, Parvati, Pune- 411009.
Anand Dave is a crook. He is a very dishonest and unethical person. Don't fall prey to his smooth talking. He took around 85% of money in advance, approx 685500 INR, and did work worth only 60% of the total amount. The quality of the work that he did is utterly substandard. We will have to redo most of the work that he did. He agreed to complete the work by September 2015 and it's already April 2016 now. He is refusing to return our money now. We have filed a police complaint against him.

Mr Anand Dave is a conman and a cheat who has been cheating people since 2010 with his sweet talk. He gets customers to give him an advance - usually more than 50% - and then he will not complete the work. He will not take your calls, reply to your smses and will not return your money. I am one of his numerous victims. This is being written so that potential customers are forewarned about this man who has made it his business to dupe people.
I saw their ad in the newspaper and gave them the contract to get my kitchen furnished. The business is owned and run by someone called Anand Dave and he visited us and assured the work will be completed on time and took 50% of the amount.
However, the work did not even start till the date that he had promised to complete it by! We kept on following up and a month later, he asked for another 40% of the payment in order to get the stuff out of his "factory". I had no other option but to pay... the material reached my house but he did not even get it fixed till a week. Then, (by a stroke of luck) his carpenters came and started the work but left it unfinished. Even the quality of the work was pathetic.
