Tata Indicom is the Worst Service Provider in every sense. Firstly I have been forced to use their connection as these people have paid high bribe and no other service provider is allowed to give broadband connection in my locality. Secondly *there rates are too high*. I have been charged 649 + service tax = 700 + Rs every month for a pathetic speed of 256 kbps. Thirdly *there Customer Care Service is worst.* Once you take there connection they are least bother to listen to your complaints/requests. From last one year I want to upgrade my connection but no action has been taken yet. The only option to upgrade is to close the connection and take new connection.
