Very worst customer care center. I got the prepaid sim card for last week after converting that number from post paid , still it is not getting activated. In airtel customer care, they are telling it has to be activated by Airtel Relationship Centre , Thanjavur, they dont have even phone numbers in their office to contact. In their bill they have given this number 9894011393 to contact, but this number is already deactivated.
Very worst service, airtel has to close their service in thanjavur if it goes like this.

sir or madam my sim is broken i want new sim same number what procedure can i make how many hours require for activation.
