Worst Experience! Went for a trim. Had to wait for 45 minutes.. The lady (owner) said it'll take 15 minutes. After wasting 45 minutes, I had the decency to agree to the lady that i shouldn't have dropped by without a prior appointment. To which her response was very COLD (As if she didn't needed my business). Felt insulted! The place was not at all busy during the hours.. It was raining bad. Would never ever recommend anyone to "CAtalyst". Just within walking distance is "Mantra" Salon and Family SPA.. - Is the place to be. Best in house services, friendly, "polite", and professional dealings. "Mantra" over "Catalyst" - 10000000000 times!
