We live abroad and ordered from Pothy's. It was the worst experience ever, bunch of irresponsible folks. Avoid online shopping at all costs.
Pothys is one of my favourite shops in Thiruvanthapuram, I DONT WANT TO FACE ANY PUBLIC HUMILIATION!!! Manners is the first thing any employee should have, i cant believe such a famous place has these ill mannered staffs.... shame...
