once I asked why don't ask any questions before exchanging the clothes though it is not damaged the owner kindly replied me costumers happiness and satisfaction is the only thing we need
Mr.Siva don't spread any fake news, if u want to market about some other shop then do marketing without passing any fake news about other shops. I am a regular costumer of colour plus and the owner have never spoke with me as u said before. On every festival time stock as per costumers demand will be ready.
Though the product is not damaged if I Don't like the product I will ask them to exchange, the only thing required is the bill, barcode of the product and catalog if any and they never said me that they won't exchange
