Very poor response from receptionist lady.always says doctor busy and make people to go in empty hand. The way communicate about receptionist was very bad. If we go for emergency they tell to come tomorrow.
Don't know about doctor but enter into the hospital it's self is difficult.
Doctor should communicate with patients and ask problem but here receptionist ask problem. Sometimes when can't share personal problem we have to say to receptionist who don't have knowledge
