We hired a Innova Crsta from TaxiWale.com... very good driver, well maintained cab and top of the most excellent co ordinate by Mr. Gupta... everything is well ordered and up to make. Driver Mr Narottam Das and his assistant was well behaved , helpful and obedient.
overall experience is wonderful and enjoyable.
I must appreciate the team of taxiwale..... full marks to them.

This company is full of robbers, the driver n the owner both r into robbing things of their customer.The owner doesn't have a proper check on his drivers and driver their background. Many people have lost their things when ta king this companies service. A customer once lost 350 pounds, I lost my iPhone and the owner says it happens. Plz don't trust this company they charge u 300 or 400 Rs less from other companies but rob u in thousands. Never opt for this service
I booked a cab thru Taxiwale.com for Mount Abu sight seeing fortnight ago. it was the worst experience. The person over the phone and the cab driver join together and try to fleece customer. The person over the phone will talk differently to you and give different instruction to the cab driver and create a situation of conflict and force you to pay more in spite of the agreed rates in advance If you don't pay additional amount, they will force you into cancellation else driver won't allow you to take another cab. Since I refused to pay additional amount and the driver refused to leave without being paid , I was forced into cancelling the cab else I would have missed the train. I book a cab through taxiwale.com in Jaipur. I booked the cab through agent Mr. yogesh gupta ( mobile no. 9602946777). He had booked the cab through some person named Mr. Raju YADAV.
The driver named Mr. Dharmendra with taxi no. RJ14TA-2855 was worst driver I have ever met. I have given him money ,but he refused that he had taken. As I was outsider he take advantage of that and had taken double money from me.
When I passed this complaint to taxi wale.com, they refused to help me.
So its my heartly request to persons that don't take services from TAXIWALE.COM. Its better to take services from others.
Especially don't take services from these three persons named yogendra gupta. dharmedra and raju yadav

I wanted to gift a honeymoon trip to my brother. they (my brother & bhabhi )were travelling for Mountabu from Udaipur. I have searched so many travelling site and found Rajasthan Taxi wale, Udaipur taxi service and India easy travel.com as the most convinient option because of the cooperation of Mr Ali who has planned a complete taxi package of 3N&4D with a very reasonable prise.
