Horrible experience! I went to get my 15month old son's passport done; Mr. Afroz Khan kept us hanging & waiting. We called & inquired everyday about the online application & the booking date but ge always had one reply "let me check & get back to you". And that never happened! Our trust was broken, we had to cancel our flights & hotel bookings for Jaipur last minute, because of their disappointing services, horrible attitude & no commitments! How can people take advantage of your innocence & helplessness like this?
