Horrible service, discourteous staff
I was scheduled to check out from the hotel at 5:30 PM and informed the front desk staff of this. I had given my clothes to the laundry that morning and before doing this I enquired if I would receive it by 5:30. The front desk staff told me that normally clothes get delivered by 6 but 5:30 wouldn't be a problem. I double checked this before giving my laundry. I came back to the room at 4PM and asked them if the laundry had come back yet and they said no. I told them that I have to check out at 5:30 as I have a flight and the laundry should be received by then. I was reassured that this would be the case.
