Dear M/s Conquer Technologies. , I am writing to you to express my appreciation for the excellent customer service which I had received from your end in my last visit to your store. The time you took to resolve my issue was great, your crew they were really helpful to me.The way you treat your customers is nice. keep that going. That is what we expect from I phone :
I loved the people of the service centre but I surely hated one who manages the facility.
1. Wrong place selected for service centre NO Parking Facility. (consider customer adjusted to it)
2. No professionalism (Just Wearing Uniform will not do..behaviour seriously matters)
3. My MACBOOK PRO OS corrupted - now installed...But my Trackpad's Touch and Drag feature is now gone. I don't have time to revisit the store as they have destroyed my enough time already.
4. When we wait in the hall.. There is no place to sit.. we have to stand just looking at other's faces..how embracing?
5. I am wasting my 5 min writing this review If apple is real serious about its brand image better change the dealership.. Or no issue... we will try to forget ... View Moreapple as early as possible.View Less
