Poor response once taken a service.
Very poor in fact the below shall detail how much poor.
1. Delay is cable laying for connection
2. Delay in Modem provision
3. Delay in Mac updation for additional pc
4. Over all delay in responce
Connection is okay, the above is just for information indicating that service is okay but the system/Management of issues at VSKP is not good.
But for connection person will come to home and take the application duly filled personally and submit the dd/ cheque on behalf of individual.
Ridiculous no customer care related issues, I am going to see the office today or tommorow, if the same response from their end i shall see what best I can do to terminate my connection.
