Bharat gas website has the option to rate the vendor, they ve got an average of 11 Star out of 25 from 140 customers. I think it is 11 cos it is mandatory to give 1 star for each parameter. There is complete disrespect for the customers, they just don't care for them. They generally don't receive call; when they do they are really rude. The status of the Bharat gas website will show cylinder is delivered but we would have never got it. The best way of getting the work done is to fall on the feet of the person who delivers the cylinder.
