We were promised a lot of fancy things while booking, but inspite of paying the money, the flights were not booked, until we checked later. They charge more than the required amount. Inspite of booking well in advance, and reminding them a few days before our trip, they did not organize anything well. Our booking was done in a wrong name, leading to lot of confusion and problems at the destination. We had to make umpteen international calls to get things resolved. Then whats the point in having an agent take care of your trip? They did not even call us once from their end to check with us before or during the journey, nor did they bother to apologize for the inconvinience once we came back
