Friends, I too had many bad experiences with the LI HFL(Indiranagar Branch) employees. First of all most of them cann't understand English and we'll say something they will understand something else and things won't happen as we expect and you will end up in waiting for long and get to know they have not yet moved the file itself at the end of the day. This guy(don't want to mention the name) has collected all original documents for my house construction loan from me and agreed that he can take a photocopy of them before submission to the main branch(Due to power failure in that area I coudn't take the Xerox and trusted this guy). The people from branch are completely unprofessional.They do not follow up the things properly..You have to keep on calling to remind for each small things..Even they have misplaced some of my documents of mine and caused lot of inconvenience.If you option please avoid this branch for HL

I have been interacting with one Mr.Lakshmikant Reddy, we applied for the loan in Nov10th ,he sent a message by nov 24th that the loan has been sanctioned and that we will get it within a weeks time,he mentioned the whole process should be completed in max2.5 weeks , now we are nearing a month,he doesnt answer to calls from me but I get busy tones from his mobile.I would only say that the service is as bad as it can get
