Horrible! Worst service centre and the worst smart phone (Lumia 720) so far!. I had got my Lumia 720 repaired for volume down button issue and touch screen issue. The volume down button is a manufacturing defect, as it stopped working within few weeks of usage and it was repeated fixed during the warranty period. They charged me Rs. 3000+ to fix the volume down button issue and the total another Rs. 3400+ to fix the touch screen. In total they charged me Rs 7400+ and what is suspicious was they refused to give a break-up of the cost! After the repair the phone worked exactly for 30 days, which is the warranty period and stopped working after that. Service is poor i@ NOKIA CARE( SAMURADHI TECHNOLOGIES) They just do a walkaround to your phone charging RS 50,and then replace the part with new component (cost burden) rather than repairing. In my case, they told my Lumia 720 is unrepairable and suggested to exchange for Rs1000 with new mobile(who are they).Plus a bonus of sim /memory card tray missing when I got phone from them after 30 mins.Since it was told unrepairable i didn't pay attention much to it.Now it costs Rs650+ to me each.
Stay alert with them and check your phone parts before leaving.

Welcome Bangalore citizens, This is a complaint against Koramangala NOKIA CARE( SAMURADHI TECHNOLOGIES)khb colony. This nokia care center collects(BEGGING) Rs.100 from every customers. Whether you give your mobile for service or not. They will ask Rs.100 from you as inspection fee. That is not an inspection fee. They are begging that amount for their food. Please do not go to the KORAMANGALA NOKIA CARE. Once you entered into the shop, you have to pay Rs.200. Whatever you ask or do. If your mobile is really has some problems, Ex: screen connector is not working. They will say that there is a big hareware problem. We have to change the hardware device.
