The First shocking thing about Alankrita sericess Deals is that services in india new services and will not entertain any complaint about the services whatsoever. Even after taking the services, if you do not receive services or any other complant from customer deals, the terms and conditions of alankrita deals, protect them and not you. In case you still do not trust the author of this post, do have a look at terms and conditions of Alnakrita services deals. Seems like ALANKRITA. . I have a TVS Whirlpool washing machine which is about 18 years old. The machine is in excellent working condition. But almost a month back, it has some problem and due to this the machine stopped working. This problem was shown to a local mechanic (Who is authorized service centre for Whirlpool) who identified the faulty part. When this faulty part was bypassed from system, the other functions of machine were taking place without any problem. But since the machine was quite old, he said that it will take time to locate and get the part his estimate on time frame was for a week. Frustrated, I tried to search for the dealer/service centre for TVS Whirlpool in our area but all the roads were pointing to the same agency who just kept on promising but none of them was fulfilled. And the machine never got repaired. Being an engineer myself, finally I have decided to look for some other sources and even though Bangalore is about 40 KM away from my place, I gave it a try. While searching on net, âUncompromised Customer Careâ was the first company I came across. I just sent an email thinking that it may not be answered. But to my surprise, on the same day I got the mail and mobile number from Mr. Babu. I spoke to him over phone, and described him the problem. He suggested me to send the photo of the defective part to understand the situation clearly, which I did and the very next day, he gave me the confirmation that the replacement for defective part is available which can be sent to me. Then he took all the efforts to send me the replacement part which I could fit in my machine and now the machine is back to normal working. So in the span of seven days (which includes a Sunday and two days lost in transportation) the machine started to function again which was left unattended for almost a month from my local person. The thing I most appreciate is the promptness of Mr. Babu answering the calls. All the telephone calls were made at the exact time communicated by him. From his communication it reflects the honest will to help and solve the customerâs problem and offer the service to the best of his ability which is really of very high standards. He seems to be quite knowledgeable in his area. I am really glad to know a person like him and will take his help whenever it may be required in future even though he is 40 KM away from my place. I recommend him to all the customers who needed any help in the area of servicing washing machines and I am sure he must be providing the equally competent service in other areas too. If it weren't so expensive, The Maids would get five stars. I used their services a few years ago and am still saving up to have them come back one day. After living in filth for months, my roommates and I decided to suck it up and pay for a single-time cleaning service. Excited by the 22-step process, I called them up and scheduled an appointment. They arrived on-time with a crew of four people. Embarrassingly, I found out it took about 4 hours to clean all three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and kitchen (yeah, the apartment was that disgusting). But man... Beware of Alankrita Services. I registered with the agency on Apr 2, 2012 for a part-time maid. The maid was supposed to start services from Apr 16, 2012. On enquiry, I was told by the maid that she never had any intention of coming to work and that she was asked to keep her mouth shut during the interview so that the agency could take the registration money (Rs.7,500/-). No maid has turned up till date (May 1, 2012) and the agency refuses to answer repleated calls.

I have sent a notice asking for refund and in case I do not hear back from them I am filing a complaint in consumer forum. If any of you want to join in registering a complaint against the company please do contact me.

Theives. Dont believe them and dont go to them at all. My experience with Alankrita services has been very bad. I am a mom of a 3 yr old and I needed a nanny for her. I contacted Alankrita services in Bangalore after reading some of the reviews on net. They had two numbers listed on the net and one of them(mobile number) was not functional. I tried the landline and someone picked it up. I had told all my requirements and they said they would check with candidates and would get back to me. A week passed after that and nobody had gotten back to me. I had called twice after that and finally they said that they would really get back to me in a day. Hi I had hired a nanny for my son from alankrita services and then the nanny left after 5 days. when asked for a replacement the agency did not respond for ten days and then when i asked for my money back, they said that i can go to court and they will not refund the money. totally unprofessional service and not good people to do business with. dont use this service.
