Hi, I'm Rashmi, and its been more than 1.5yrs now that I've been with AFC (member!). We may hit any fitness centre or the ones that claims to have latest equipments, but all these will not be of any use as long as you don't find a good trainer, who understands your needs, motivates and drives you towards achieving it. In this case, AFC has left up to its promise, coz it has trainers like 'Rahmath', who always ensures that whatever you have paid is worth it! He is a task master when it comes to work-outs. Also, he proves to have a good expertise and motivates individual to push themselves to best of their capabilities. I have been a member since Nov and is quite a friendly place. It is not crowded much. Good brand new machines which you wonât find in most of the gyms. Rahmath, The Best trainer and real friendly person and has a lot of experience and knowledge of fitness training. He motivates a lot, well disciplined and also very strict while workout timings. In short he is Very Genuine trainer.
I enjoy working out with Rahmath :-)
