Despicable behaviour of the management. Not my first bad experience with Affinity International - Malleswaram ( Orion mall).
Absolutely pathetic coordination between the front desk and practitioners for appointments. Repeatedly make the same mistakes and blame it on the customer. No courtesy, respect or value for customers time and money.
Service of 30-45 mins was still ongoing at 1hr and 45 mins with no care from the management. They tested my patience.
Time before I had to terminate my pedicure service because the lady next to me was sitting bottomless ( literally, no pants!) and getting her pedicure from a male practitioner and to top it off, the place was stinking of someones colour hairwash.
