Its the worst service you could get. Please avoid using their service. They do not provide service at the price they say they will. They end up charging extra for even a bag of luggage. Here is what happened:
My mother, aged 65 booked a taxi from Citicab to travel rajajinagar to bannerghatta road. She was traveling alone and had a couple of pieces of luggage. The fare on the meter would be around 240 rupees
