HORRIBLE SALON, HORRIBLE SERVICE !
Chen's beauty salon on devatha plaza, residency road is the most horrible salon that I have encountered in the city. They do not know how to cut the hair or have any knowledge of threading. I had gone for a haircut and for threading and they cut of my eyebrows....and "sorry, it happened by mistake. I can't do anything now!" When I got my haircut done, the old lady she trimmed my haircut in a go by taking my hair in a bunch and then cutting them off ! The hair was not set and I was done with my haircut in 3 minutes ! When I retaliated, she told that's how its done and if I don't like, then its my problem. Would not suggest ayone to go there !
