This institute is run by Kru Hemanth kumar who teaches the fantastic art of MUAY THAI . Muay thai (thai kick boxing) is a very practical art , easy to learn and apply for self defence and street fighting situations. Unlike Taekwondo and karate there are no fancy moves in MUAY THAI , but all the moves are very effective and practical. I am learning here sice last 10 months and feel that I can actually fight when required. Kru Hemanth has trained in Thai land and teaches authentic MUAY THAI . He does not differentiate between fighters and other people who join to learn the art , he gives equal attention to every body and makes sure you improve your technique gradually by practice and sparring .
