Had a nasty experience with Tresspass staff - very rude and major attitude!!! - Definitely becasue I was a client from Snapdeal - so they dont want to really bother with a client who is gonna pay only 40% of their exorbitant fees! They actually cancelled my appointment because I had mistaken their appointment of 2PM to be 3PM - 1 hour later !! And when I asked them to give a fresh appointment - they said since I did not keep up this one they will not be able to give me a fresh one - and they are busy till Oct 24th (when my Snapdeal voucher expires!!) !!! Unbelievable lack of service orientation - it stinks!! And simply because you are coming through a discounted offer!! Snapdeal should take care of such dealers! Tresspass is a great example ...
