Yes Absolutely! I agree with the above review. There is no peace of mind when we shop there. And the way they forced me to buy products, i quickly chose a foot scrub and exit out. Only when i came home i realized that it has some harmful chemicals that im allergic to. When i went back to return the product in couple of hours, without removing the seal, they indicated there is no return, just exchange! after i already shopped for 2k... A big retail chain in india does not have a return policy for a valid reason. Also the product needs to be exchanged in a week only.. I need to look for other options for my cosmetic needs. i had been to health n glow ,kasthurbha nagar, adyar today.i went to the deospray section...really got bugged with the salesmen there.i told them politely that i 'd like to see for myself what suits me the best.they wouldnt just let me see the products.why why why?arent they supposed to help us only when we are unable to find something or when we ask for help?why would they keep interfering our privacy despite telling our preferece to be left alone?they kept showing what th ey wanted me to see..not what i wanted.i was thinking of buying something different...they just got to m y nerves...had a bad new year beginning! n when i finally got tired of trying to make them understand that i ;d like to decide on my own and turned to go...they keep ...
