i still dont know what is the original name of this company as at the very outset when we got a call from them they gave us to understand the name of their company is kerala packers and movers.We had to relocate to kerala from chennai on march 31St and we were on the lookout for a reliable service.A guy called Raja,i think his full name was Allwyn Raja spoke to us and the same day two guys came to do a survey of the goods.After the inspection they quoted the amt and we were asked to speak to this guy Raja as he was the owner but we were not fine with their terms and conditions bcoz they insisted on full payment upfront.We were on the verge of discarding them when two days before our departure this guy called us and agreed to our terms and ... View More conditions.Since he kept on following up with us we finalized the deal and gave the advance.Accordingly they came the next day.Right from the time they came in we knew our decision was to entrust them with our goods was wrong because these guys were thorougly unprofessional in their attitude.they were not packing most of the items like the dining table and bed.Luckily we didnt have any heavy items like fridge,washing machine or ac.otherwise these idiots would have made a royal mess of things.In the midst of packing the labourers demanded money for food.All this was unfair because this is not the look.out of the customer.we are paying them the money they demanded .whatever, we did give them the money but their work was utterly shoddy.Most of the time we had to coax and argue with them to pack the items properly.if we told them something they would say dont teach us we know what needs to be packed and what not.We had asked them to pack the sofa setee but they said they will do a through packing once they reached their office.That turned out to be blatant lie.we had asked them to come after after 4 days but they arrived in two days time and started harassing us.when we told them about this they said then we will dump your goods in kalamassery and then you come and take it whenever you want.those reading this have to understand that we had already paid them for all this as the quotation is inclusive of packing,loading,transportation and unloading.And finally after a lot of argument Raja said we have to pay 2000 rupees extra.The goods arrived late at night but in a very bad condition.most of the items were damaged the worst being the cupboard. now we dont know if that cupboard will survive another reloaction as it in very bad shape. Still we had to pay them bcoz there was no other alternative. My earnest advice to all those who read this post : please dont trust these guys in annai packers and movers especially that guy called Raja as he is a dowright slimy crooked cheat and a blatant liar..Dont get taken in by his sweet words. never try this packers and movers. this guys are cheaters. they will say loading and unloading is free. but they will ask more money after you parcel everything. in my case they asked 2000 rupees extra. they said will send big vehicle but cheated and sent small vehicle. for change the vehicle they asked 2000 rupees.

Don't go with this cheater and thief.
