Same issue. I faced. When I try check track my tracking details also not available.. Poor service... I thought the agent book my parcel to professional courier. .. Pls don't use...

Worst Courier Centre. I have given my parcel to send my hometown in Kolkata. They promised me within 2 days it should go, but 7 days over. Till now its not reach the destination. Even the Ref. No also not correct, its telling a wrong Ref No. They charged also more money. Now when I tried to contact the contact no is not reachable. I really don't know when it will reach or really it will reach or not. Worst of Money & time, Unnesssaralily lots of tension.
Please not go for this courier Centre. They simply use the name of DTDC courier, but originaly a worst one.
