I had worst experience for the inverter repair. Initially they told me that it is a relay and finally after a week they told me board issues and will take Rs2500 to fix. They are not giving proper information and also charged Rs1300 for replacing the board from some other old invertor. Charged Rs200 additional for transport. Also not respond to our calls and we have to follow up multiple times. Better don't deal with this company

I would suggest not buy inverters from here. They had given used up and defective inverter to me. I had real tough time to get it replaced. The customer support is worse than anyone can imagine.

Very bad customer support.
