SUB:- Not got refund for three ticket which I book online for Delhi to chandigarh for 2nd October 2010.
DEAR SIR,
MY SELF Neeraj Jaiminy working in a trust called Bharatiya Yuva Shakti Trust, I have booked total seven tickets on 1st October 2010 for the journey of Delhi to Chandigarh for 2nd October 2010, same day we have cancelled two tickets (pnr no p107613/ p107577) but you have not refund a single rupee back to my account, and in my account 4 entries are showing three times 308 and 1 time 1545 so kindly refund the three tickets amount back to my account as we have used the ticket of 5 person only on 2nd October.
Looking forward for a positive reply soon from your end.

I HAVE TO UPDOWN DAILY FROM LUDHIANA TO JALANDHER THAT IS WHY I HAVE GET YOUR PUN-BUS PASS(RECIEPT NO.-65/409). THIS PASS IS VALID UPTO 18 AUG 2010 TO 17 SEPT 2010. LAST NIGHT ON 7-9-2010 I HAD TRAVEL WITH YOUR PUNJAB ROADWAS BUS NO. PB46H9736 THE BUS COUNDECTOR WAS VERY RUDE TO ME AND FORCELY PREPARE MY TICKET HOWEVER I HAVE MY PASS WITH ME HE ALSO USE VERY CHEEP LINGUAGE WITH ME, HE FORCELY CUMPEL ME TO LEAVE THE BUS.
