Fake company.. completely fraud.. use fake parts

All reviews given below seems to fake to me. THIS IS A FRAUD COMPANY. Almost 12 days gone but they could not replace the keyboard with a new one, though they have already charged for the same. Every keyboard they brought had some fault, which proves that they only supply secondhand parts. PATHETIC SERVICE. NOTHING CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR THIS COMPANY. THIS IS THE SECOND INCIDENCE WHERE I HAVE FACE PROBLEM WITH THIS COMPANY. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Shiva Solutions & Step Services are both same company, so don't get fooled.
