Highly unreliable. She called the night before my wedding to say that she can't come and she will be sending an assistant cos something else came up. Had to plead with her to come was almost in tears. And then when it came to the make up she just wanted to finish and get out of there. She was supposed to come again after the ceremony for my dress and hair change - she never turned up and sent her assistants who were super late. Draped my saree terribly - it was literally falling off and never got time to cahnge my hairstyle as we had discussed cos her girls came late.
