sneha Samsung is 1 product people shudnt waste their money on.had purchased a 32' l.c.d on 26june 2011 and it broke down in less then a month i.e on the 21st of july 2011.after havin placed a complaint the very same day the technician visited the next day ..........did nothn to repair or replace it nd even after several calls to the customer care and the service centre m only recieving reasons and excuses .m repenting for havin purchased a samsung product ....the after sales service is very pathetic nd poor...........they r just nt bothered about their customers goa

I this really exists? I am trying to get help to fix my 6.5kg washing machine which is just over an year old. its been over 45days a tech attended and was supposed to fix the next day. Several calls made including to the service head, nothing happend. if theres any body who can fix this model - WF8652NFV, please help Samsung to help me.
